How do I capture without opening the app?

• Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize › Lock Screen, and add the Rememberly mic widget.
• Action Button: Settings › Action Button › Controls › Capture with Rememberly.
• Control Center: open Control Center, tap +, and add Capture with Rememberly.
• Siri: say "Remember something in Rememberly."
• Apple Watch: open Rememberly and tap Remember.

Voice capture says speech isn't available

Check Settings › Rememberly › Microphone and Speech Recognition. You can always type instead.

Why did one capture become two memories?

When a capture holds separate things ("Ana's birthday is May 3, and Mia wants the blue scarf"), Rememberly suggests splitting it. You can approve, edit or save it as one memory.

My memories aren't showing on my other device

• Both devices must be signed into the same Apple Account with iCloud on.
• In Rememberly, Settings › iCloud sync should say On.
• Changes usually arrive within a minute. Opening the app on the other device helps.

Do voice recordings sync?

No. Transcripts sync; the audio stays on the device that recorded it.

How do I invite my partner?

Open your partner's page › Shared space › Invite. Send the link (for example in Messages). They open it on an iPhone with Rememberly installed and signed into iCloud.

What does my partner see?

Only what either of you adds to the shared space. Your private memories are never shared.

How do I leave?

In the shared space, tap ••• › Leave space (or Stop sharing if you created it). You can keep a copy as your own memories.

How do I cancel?

iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Rememberly. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel a free trial at least a day before it ends to avoid being charged; Rememberly reminds you two days before.

I subscribed but Premium isn't on

In Rememberly, open Settings › Subscription › Restore Purchases, signed into the same Apple Account you bought with.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Export or delete

Settings › Privacy & Data. Export gives you a JSON file plus your recordings. Delete everything removes your data from this device and your iCloud.
